    Tim Pratt | President
    Tim is passionate about enabling others’ success. He has over six years’ experience directing young adult training programs and, as the founding director of Orphan Relief and Rescue, is dedicated to seeing his staff thrive on a personal and professional level. Tim has owned and operated a successful business, and has held key leadership positions within an internationally recognized NGO. He has traveled to over 16 nations, engaging local cultures with his approachable and supportive leadership style.
    Don Clark, Ph.D. | Chief Operations & Financial Officer
    Originally trained as a research biochemist, Don left the corporate world as VP of a successful bio-pharmaceutical firm in 2000. Since then he has worked with several humanitarian and missionary organizations, including five years as a VP at Mercy Ships. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of Orphan Relief & Rescue, Don is also currently on the boards of Creation Moments, Sharing International, and Mission Direct.
    Rebecca Pratt | Vice President of Programs
    Rebecca has extensive, first-hand experience in orphanage restructuring in West Africa. She has a gift for finding the people and projects that will have a lasting impact on their communities, and is skilled in logistics, budgeting, and administration. Her ability to network and form partnerships continues to be the keystone of her success in bringing sustainable solutions to children in the most dire circumstances. Tim and Rebecca have been married over 18 years and have three children.
    Matt Le Page | Field Director
    Matt is originally from Guernsey, UK where he qualified as a mechanical engineer specializing in tool and die making. He is experienced in construction and renovation, and has overseen several projects while living in West Africa. He desires to equip others with the ability to provide a more secure future for themselves and their families, and individual mentoring is one of his strengths. Matt is currently in Liberia leading Orphan Relief and Rescue's field team.
