This retreat for Christian groups was established through the dreams and visions of a family and friends. The Armelingmeyers along with missionary, Markus, and other friends have built a beautiful center that combines the grandeur of nature with the talents of artists and laborers. You will likely never visit a more tranquil and naturally beautiful place. When possible, teams have an afternoon off to enjoy swimming or just spending time with the Lord.

Mount Isabel
This scenic tour takes about a half a day. The mountain, called the Tour de Isabel locally, was discovered for the Western World by Christopher Columbus. It stands directly over the city of Puerta Plata.
Teams take the cable car over stunning climes of nature, from tropical to pine forests. At the top, an enormous figure of Christ greets all visitors. There are shops and walking trails that make for a relaxing, cool afternoon after the days of hard work in the sun.
