Liberia Project Information: Education
Goals
- Train the directors, helpers and children on health and nutrition, sanitary issues.
- Assess their schooling needs and provide school supplies, as funds are available per project.
- Evaluate the progress of each orphanage regularly.
Partnerships
The need for education is overwhelming. Like everything else in Liberia, it is in short supply. Certainly, true transformation will depend on gifted individuals who will share their lives with these children. Orphan Relief and Rescue is a catalyst for getting substandard homes on their feet. In the process we endeavor to match needs with providers. The resulting partnerships can mean that sometimes the children will get the foundation in education that they need. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee we will find the right partners every time. Please pray for the children...
