Sierra Leone: Chipping Granite Story

In West Africa, an unusual cracking noise comes from a hut up ahead.  Children, parents, even the old are chiseling stone into piles of gravel.  War reduced Sierra Leone to a nation without even gravel for concrete.  Each day they work with scrap iron to chip away boulders.  They do whatever it takes to feed their family for twenty dollars a month.

Sharing Teams chip away at stony hearts of war with the love of Jesus through their words and actions in Sierra Leone.  Thank you for helping to make the work of Sharing Ministries possible.
