In Barcelona, faithful Christian broadcasters have formed a network of stations across eastern Spain that want to take their ministry “to the next level.” They, and their American partners, asked Sharing to help them increase their effectiveness in raising funds, and forging a vital relationship with their audience. It was exciting to meet these dedicated folks that work at Onda Paz Radio outside of their regular jobs and do such excellent work.
Sharing President Chuck Pollak and award-winning on-air radio personality Matt Stockman of Blue Ridge Broadcasting taught, worked and consulted with the staff over several months.
The ministry of Onda Paz Radio is a powerful witness to the Barcelona and Catalonia area of Spain and is a moving force in uniting the churches throughout that area for Christ. In November 2010, the radio station held a successful Share-a-thon, allowing their listeners to become part of what God is doing through their broadcasting.
